Although tradition may guide our recipes and cooking, your safety has been ensured by the standards and procedures that have been set.
The design of our cooking facility, the equipment we use, the uniforms, cleaning products and quality control ensure an environment in which the high standard of each product is maintained.
Our ingredients, jars, caps and cartons are received and checked in a separate area and only after they have passed approval are they transferred to our kitchen where food preparation takes place. Entry into our cooking facility is prohibited to unqualified personnel but may be viewed through the glass doors.
We ensure that all our products are not only delicious but always safe for consumption.
